Hilarious demands.

It's negotiating. Come in with a high offer so you can settle on what you really want. Thankfully, our president understands this tactic.

Trump talked about taking over Gaza, and now ME countries are talking about doing it themselves. It's the art of the deal, but many people get too emotional to even take a second to analyze if there is some potential reasoning behind it that isn't explicitly stated.

thanks for posting this...does not seem like a cease fire in order to talk, seems like talks to bring an end to the war. I guess that is what the nuances are, from Putin's quote on this.

That denazification is a loosey goosey thing. That will always be the deal breaker. I guess it means to get rid of anyone Russia claims is a nazi which is Ukraine's entire leadership. Trump will see through this shite.

It’s more than reasonable, and it’s all they’ve ever asked for. Not sure why it’s so hard for people to understand that the Russians don’t want US proxies on their border.

Well hell since you looked into the crystal ball. Let's just keep sending them money in weapons and everything else until we are well over a trillion.

Or how about this. If you're correct and Russia will do it again in 4-6 years, sign the deal, tell Ukraine you have a 4-6 year window to plan because we are not coming back and wasting more money on this shite hole, we have a country of our own to take care of

No NATO for Ukraine is easy. So is letting Russia keep the territory they currently occupy, but not more.

When it comes to outside "peacekeepers", I'd work it out that any and all outside forces will be removed after a 60 day ceasefire, after Russia PROVES they are working and willing for peace. After that, then Putin's terms are accepted.

The removal of all NATO forces from bordering countries and dictating the size of EU militaries is obviously just bullshite thrown on the wall.

The last sticking point - the only way Ukraine demilitarizes is if both Ukraine and Russia join NATO. This would require some serious deal-making with the EU sabre rattlers that want to look tough on Russia, but it would immediately fix all the problems and worries of everyone involved on all sides. Russia wanted into NATO years ago and were pretty much denied harshly, let them in now.

This also solves any future China aggression. No way China gets froggy in the future when they're staring down the possibility of a united US, Russia, EU, Japan, SK, Australia, all the other NATO allies. North Korea and Iran would also be silenced at the possibility. This is also the only way you *guarantee* Russia doesn't attack or show any aggression against Ukraine in the future, especially if demilitarized.

There is nothing reasonable about 50% of those demands. Trump will eventually tell Putin shut up and sit down this is what you will get/accept.

Except part of what Russian wants is for Ukraine to demilitarize. So they won’t be ready to defend themselves in 4-6 years.

Not taking Zelensky’s side on this fricked up situation, but you can’t expect Ukraine to defend itself without any help if you “sign the deal”.

Spoken like a true brainwashed dim.

If Russia was just going to invade again, why would they stop now when Ukraine is at its weakest, and before Europe has time to beef up their pathetic military?

Zelenskyy could have gotten a better deal and not lost so much ground had he just cut a deal before the invasion or shortly afterwards. But he is a puppet and followed his orders from the Globalist to a T.

Seems totally reasonable, give me everything they want and they'll stop shooting for a little bit. Then Putin will just claim they didn't denazify enough or whatever and invade again later

No negotiating will require the ceasefire. Russia is choosing to not stop shooting and negotiate without all demands agreed to...
