A little known historical fact is that Hank Johnson's great uncle was an admiral in during World War II.
THAT Johnson once proposed the U.S. Navy assemble a fleet of destroyers to attach battleship chains to Okinawa and tow the island at RAMMING SPEED and release it a few miles away from mainland Japan.
The plan was rejected.

If you watched the video, it is obvious that the inarticulate fool, Hank Johnson (D-GA), was not joking. He though he was being uniquely insightful.
