Find someone other than Rubio if you want my vote, because no way is that getting it.

DeSantis is already a suspect neocon. Rubio is full blown neocon.

That is the same direction that has fricked the republican party for the past 20 years.

You need to pair DeSantis with real conservatives to make it better.

Rubio going out on the road to tell you why we needed to go to war with Iran. LMAO.

Rubio is garbage.

Hell Iran was probably his damn idea!

Is he going to campaign on his involvement with the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence to subvert and destroy Trump's 1st term?

Rubio is Pence 2.0

Just....wow!

If DeSantis-Rubio is not conservative enough for you to vote for the republican ticket, then you will never vote republican, again. Both are significantly more the right of Trump. What do you want?

Dems really need to avoid the shiny hook to satisfy the very fringe leftist and try to get the same voters that got them this wave.

Its funny at this point republicans need a blank slate heading into 2028, so democrats would actually be doing a huge favor to the future republican party if they go scorched earth on Trump/maga and help clean the slate for them. The democrats are better off if there's still infighting between the remodeled republican party and the maga remnants heading into 2028.

When has a VPOTUS ever resigned mid-term?

Vance is in a tough spot. He is the only person in the administration, other than Trump, that was elected into his position. All of the others are appointees, including Rubio.

If Rubio bails, it might benefit Vance to hang in there until the bitter end.

Trump will eventually turn on him. That would also be to his benefit.

I would vote for Marco in a second. He is a problem solver and a diplomat, two things Trump definitely is not.

Rubio is also a team player with the Republicans. That’s necessary now more than ever. I’m grateful for what Trump has accomplished before now but when I heard him on Fox News election night say he thought “they’d” do a little better it reminded me of all the choices he’d made with no thought to the good of the party. Some of that was just arrogance but still Republicans already have a builtin population disadvantage. It just can’t survive many splits.

Rubio is not a conservative at all.

He's a neocon and his policy recommendations are likely directly responsible for the losses the party just suffered.

If you want to go back to being the party of McCain, Bush and Romney then you will keep on losing elections to democrats.

I would vote for a Massie/DeSantis ticket in any order. There are other conservatives you could pair DeSantis with also. Real conservatives, not neocons.

When you learn what a conservative actually is, let me know.

Yep, republicans are going to be losing for many more elections.

MAGA/AF is alive and well. If you learned anything from this election cycle, it should be that Republicans are sick and tired of the neocons/GOPe within the party. We will never go back to that.

Rubio is the only trump staffer with any political capital left with independents and swing voters, aka white women.

DeSantis or bust.

Anyone tied to the Trump sphere will probably have too much baggage to deal with, fair or not.

Most importantly, though, is that DeSantis actually cut the size and scope of government. Something NONE of these fruits in the Republican party have done.

I don't fundamentally believe you know jack shite about what you post. What policies specifically are you wanting to see done by the GOP in the official party platform? Because it makes little sense to love Trump and then shite on more conservative folks because they're not conservative enough. Trump is the most liberal republican president in a long time. And you think Rubio is controlling foreign policy unilaterally? Really? That makes no sense because the emperor wouldn't allow it.
