On the OT thread, there's a video that shows her clearly hitting the cop that shot her. Again, sad story, but he is justified at that point.

Watch the video. The guy who pulled the trigger actually got hit by the car as he was jumping out of the way and firing. You can see his body be whipped around a bit.
Sad situation and I'm sure the woman meant no harm but fleeing federal officers and gunning your car right at one gives enough for the ICE agent to be justified by the law IMO

but the vehicle wasn't going to hit any officers
She hit him, go look at the OT thread.

Can you link over here?

The video doesn't look good for ICE:
Should've followed orders and not tried to run over an agent.
Just desserts baw.

This is the photo that looks bad for ICE. The officer wasn't in front of the vehicle and her wheels were turned away.
Look at the video again in a frame by frame slow motion. Look at the tail light. she initially reversed then you can see the "white" back up lights switch to red brake lights (meaning she switched from reverse to drive). officer is drawing his gun at this moment and the tires are facing directly at the officer, then she guns it as she turns the wheel. at the moment the officer is in front on the vehicle.
her switching to drive from reverse and the engine revving while he is in front of the vehicle is no different than a person drawing a gun on an officer....

DHS has released a statement saying several agents were injured. Just saying the video doesn't support that statement.

She straight up tried to run over both those agents
She was in reverse when they moved toward her vehicle. Then she switched to drive, and gunned it when they got out in front of her vehicle
Plus, on snowy, icy roads she has no idea how her car will react after she guns it

You have three progressive posters in this thread that are claiming none of this happened.
Isn't it strange how a group of people that openly wish for your death can easily turn a blind eye to a video that shows they are lying?
That was a rhetorical question, BTW.

We already know how this ends in a progressive state with a progressive jury. These people want you dead. Period.
How does that work with a federal agent? Seriously asking.

Hard to tell, but it appears the officer was clipped in the leg/hip by the SUV in the video you posted.

Better angle. I take back what I said about ambiguity. Clearly a justified shot. He was in front of her:

or you know, she could have obeyed commands and gotten out of her car when asked 17x.

But thinking the majority will agree?
Newsflash: you are not in the majority with any of your thoughts or opinions. You are an outlier.
Want to know why I've never been shot in the face by an ICE agent?
1.) I haven't inserted myself into a situation where I didn't belong
2.) I have never refused to exit my vehicle when an office asked me to get out.
3.) I have never pushed the pedal to the floor when officers were standing in front of my vehicle.
