Unpopular truth.

The founders understood perfectly that government corrupts everything it touches. The knew the church need protection from government not the other way around. Liberals twisted that around to suit their needs like they do everything else.

Where is it in the Constitution that specifically says there is to be a separation of church and state?

I'm not advocating "establishing" a national religion but your side has blown the establishment clause out of proportion just like everything else you do.

This may be the dumbest interpretation of the first amendment that I have ever seen. Kudos.

Politicians have always been seen as low and slimy. That is what they do because they can't do anything else.

Isn’t politician seen as lower than used car salesman at this point?

Pretty much. To have any influence up there you have to compromise your integrity and/or act like a total dumbass the whole time.

People actually cast a vote for this moron.
We had a thread here, TODAY, singing the praises of this mental midget.

Because she is a moderately attractive little spinner, and likes guns.

Boebert Calls Separation of Church and State 'Junk'
Well said!

When Boebert attends Congress, sessions are begun with a prayer. Dems then act completely appalled that schools might do the same thing. Black Baptist congregations are flooded with leftist political information. Meanwhile, conservative 501c's are targeted by the IRS for blending religion and politics.

Good for Boebert calling the hypocrisy out.

Before everyone picks a side on this, has anyone seen any video of what she said? I can only find 1 youtube video of her primary win speech and it's 2 minutes long. Nowhere does she say what Bayoublitz is claiming she said.

By the way, do you have a link to the video where she says this? Because i can't seem to find it, and knowing you lefties, i'm sure a bunch of context is missing.

Of course. I linked it above. She’s basically calling for people to find their calling and get involved in impacting society. This is 20 seconds out of almost an hour talk.

No. Just read excerpts inna half dozen different places, all containing identical quotes.

Either she said this stuff, or every reporter in the country is colluding to “get” a nobody back-bencher.
