Not gonna lie, I am getting a kick out of the fact that these days when someone says you are a Fed, that’s defamation. Apparently being called a fed is damaging to your reputation.

Tucker just plays a role on evening TV
Mr Epps knows he doesn’t mean
What he says
Rupert said so

Tucker's response should be,
"See you in court bitch, discovery will be a blast."

So none of you think that him being a member of the Oathkeepers had anything to do with his conduct?
A more pertinent question would be...
Do you think him being a member of the OathKeepers had anything to do with him not being charged with any crime(s) and/or not being in put in jail, despite his conduct?

"defamatory statements”
Yep, it is now defamation to be called a federal agent. Finally some progress.

Being a member of the Oathkeepers will not keep from getting indicted. Many Oathkeepers have already been convicted. Is that what you're asking?

There's enough footage showing Epps trying to incite people and Carson should revisit those scenes.
We also know Epps is not paying the legal bill.

yeah - you got it - being labeled an "oathkeeper" is the number one thing people do when they want the feds to overlook all the shite they are recorded as having done.
works like a charm

Yeah the whole FBI did Jan 6 about to get blown wide open in Epps discovery.
Care to explain how he, as a clear instigator to the riot, is a free man?

A lawyer for Ray Epps has demanded that the Fox host Tucker Carlson publicly apologize for “false and defamatory statements” that Mr. Epps served as a federal agent during the Capitol attack.
I wonder if Ray Epps would agree to go under oath and talk to a congressional committee conducting a real J6 investigation?

Of course not or he would volunteer to do it.
What better way to bolster his "case"?
If you are a dem you don't have to know anything when you go before Congress. The media will edit for you.

Watch out 58. He may sue you for defamation.
He may not be poor, financially, but he definitely is poor, morally.

You're kidding, right? As if testifying under oath to (and for) the sham committee that edited/doctored videos, evidence, & told blatant lies means something? There is absolutely nothing that should disqualify him as a defendant & instead of the empty "providing false information could result in criminal penalties for perjury and/or false statements", he should have been hearing "anything you say can & will be used against you in a court of law"...that is, after you've sat in solitary confinement for at least 2 years of pre-trial detention.

I'm guessing tucker didn't touch it?

You do realize that Epps did in fact give false testimony to the J6 committee, right?

It's pretty clear he's a Fed if Decatur and cwill are defending him.
There’s not a doubt in my mind that Epps is a fed given the lengths to which boot lickers like Rexcatur defend him.
