What's up with FOX News opening themselves up to defamation like they do? They don't have a legal team that keeps them straight?

My downvote is for you and your stupid beliefs in the J6 insurrection, not to defend fox.

I think that would have come out by now. I think he was probably exited about the whole thing at first and then when he saw what happened he disassociated from it. If there's evidence of him breaking the law I say charge him and let him defend himself.

He wouldn't do this if the feds didn't tell him they erased all traces of him. In the Proud Boys case we know they send messages to each other to delete references to themselves in reports.

This is a ploy from the feds and Epps. Carlson should tell them to pound sand, call them out for their scheme, and tell whistleblowers to come forward.

Meet this head on.

No chance this guy wants to go through discovery during a defamation trial.

Or give testimony under oath. TBH, I think Pelosi would have him Arkancided before she allowed that to happen.

You have simultaneously called the people who participated in J6 "insurrectionists" and yet are defending a man who's on video amongst them. His participation is far greater than Trump's, and yet you and the rest of the TDS crowd have called for his prosecution. Why should a man who called for a peaceful protest be arrested and yet someone like Epps remain free? You have mutually exclusive positions on how Epps should be treated versus how all other people that day should be treated. It's pretty clear he's a Fed if Decatur and cwill are defending him.

You’d think a guy like that would’ve been paraded out by the J6 clown sho…er, committee as example 1A of the Trump Nazi brigades that ransacked DC that day.

Doesn’t pass the smell test.

The true believers (participating ITT and walking among us) seem to lack the critical thinking skills needed to reach this same conclusion.

Didn’t Epps text his son that he instigated the whole thing, so happy, like he won the lottery… how does this guy have his freedom, when others that tried to stop the violent masked groups from breaking into the Capital are being prosecuted? Things that make you go hmmmm……, kind of hope he files suit and goes to discovery

Tucker should tell him let’s take it to court. Ray can’t go to court for the same reason he is not in prison right now.

Yeah the whole FBI did Jan 6 about to get blown wide open in Epps discovery.

I'd like one respectable answer as to why the most high profile guy caught on camera screaming about entering The Capitol for two straight days was not arrested given the round of up people in and around the place that day who did little to nothing.

We don't have to wonder what he did...it's on video, twice. What makes this TRUMP SUPPORTER that is openly agitating people to enter The Capitol above prosecution?

What's defined as a "federal agent"? Maybe he's CIA...would that be considered a federal agent? Maybe he's ex military or FBI, and now he's a contractor? So technically he's "not" a federal agent, but is working with them in some manner? Lots of room with the words he chose

Your describing a contractor. CIA use "contractors", not saying he worked for them... I sure as hell don't know, but if that's the case, he wouldn't be considered a federal agent.

I think they explicitly stated he didn't work with "law enforcement" or FBI/DOJ. So, you're probably on the right track -- he's CIA or some private cutout thing.

The cognitive dissonance is strong.

Or lying. Probably just plain old lying...

Half the Klan in the 1960's South were federal agents or informants. Same with the Vietnam protest groups. The suppliers of crack kingpin Freeway Rick Ross were both CIA assets. Federal agents regularly set up terror plots entrapping lonely Muslim converts post-9/11. Now the government is repeatedly saying populism and white nationalism is the biggest threat to this country, but Decatur doesn't believe Epps is a Fed lol.

Epps lied to Congress saying he didn't enter the Capitol grounds and Tucker found the video.

I meant being questioned by an attorney that isn't actually in on the charade.
