What's up with FOX News opening themselves up to defamation like they do? They don't have a legal team that keeps them straight?

Judges have already ruled you can lie in cases against The NY Times. We can’t just go suing journalists for making mistakes.

No the funny part is you liberals are defending a guy that’s on video inciting your insurrection. It’s fricking wild. Cult like behavior.

Nope, that's not what I'm asking at all & there's not a single aspect surrounding J6 of which I would require your input. My question was posed to show you how stupid yours was, for several reasons. One of which shows your absolute refusal to insist on the arrest of Fed_Epps with ZERO justification. You're a fraud.

I’ll say it again: if DOJ has sufficient evidence to charge Epps with a crime then they should.

Actually, with who is running FOX News these days, they'll settle to keep Ray Epps safe from scrutiny.

Discovery and depositions.

Which Fox News has found out with the Dominion Lawsuit. I seriously doubt Fox News Corp wants to go through that again it has been a disaster for them.

So none of you think that him being a member of the Oathkeepers had anything to do with his conduct?

So you’re suggesting that he played such a pivotal role for the Oathkeepers that he was immune from prosecution (or…in the case of your ilk: persecution)?

I mean, that is quite the take.

It would be like saying we aren’t going to prosecute someone for a crime that they instigated because they are a member of a gang.

No. I’m just saying that his background with Oathkeepers is the easiest explanation for why he acted like he he did. Larpers gonna larp.

I think that would have come out by now. I think he was probably exited about the whole thing at first and then when he saw what happened he disassociated from it. If there's evidence of him breaking the law I say charge him and let him defend himself.

There's plenty of video evidence of him inciting people to go into the Capitol, not protest, go into the Capitol. There are people still rotting in that DC gulag who did much less. You're simply not believing your eyes and ears.

I’ve seen that. I’m not dismissing that. Maybe the DOJ needs more to charge.

You honestly believe that considering every other single person remotely related to actions similar to his are in jail or in some kind of legal trouble?

Ask yourself “what must be true if the guy that led the call for rioting didn’t get indicted and everyone else that did the exact same thing did”. Would the answer still be “because he was an oath keeper”? Or would the answer be “because he was a fed looking to incite a riot”?

Tucker should say, See you in court, Traitor.
It would be like Bragg running his big mouth.

I’m hardly familiar with most people charged for Jan 6 activities. Could you provide me with some examples?

Unless they have video evidence of him actually participating in the insurrection it would be unlikely he could be convicted

If you would have pulled your head out of the hole it was in and done a quick Google search you would have found an article like this…

J6 arrests top 1000

Consider that 1000 people have been arrested but not the guy on video inciting a riot with a bullhorn.

Now…. What must be true?
