Putting fraud aside, why are heavily Democrat districts so slow at counting votes?

Why do they also get massive drops of 100% dem ballots late at night? Probably hard to count when new boxes of printed ballots keep showing up magically.

Republican areas are slow as well, thanks to the laws they passed that don't allow mail-in ballets to be counted until after the polls close.

Have you ever spent much time in a heavily Democratic city or state? They are dysfunctional when it comes to EVERYTHING. From constructing roads to running schools to keeping citizens safe, they are dysfunctional. Honestly, if they were good at running an election, then it would be an anomaly.
