I make custom maps for a living with USGS and received my 3rd map request straight from Trumps office. Apparently he’s about to do a briefing on the strategic importance of the Arctic. His staff saw some of my previous work and want one of those maps more focused on strategic importance in the Arctic . ARPA

As an aside, good on you for working with USGS. I always dreamed of that, but I am stuck in consulting.

While great I’m thinking letting that cat out the bag isn’t a course well taken if it’s straight out his office

I think there's an Aggie joke in here some where but I'm gonna just say congrats bro! That is awesome.

Do you have anything interesting on Antartica? I’m heading there in January.
Probably could just hold the Arctic map to a light and view it from behind?

I work for one of your partners, and love geography. Great to hear your work is getting serious recognition!

Why do you come to TD for validation?
Posted on 10/5/26 at 8:51 pm to 10thyrsr
I made that too with a focus on strategic resources

Took me a long time to get here, it was my goal out of college but it didn’t work out. Years later I have more say on my maps and Trumps staff placed a map I did

When you label areas take the Arctic National Wildlife Area and rename it to Trump Arctic Wildlife Area.
