My God I don’t even know what to say. Those children and teachers were so precious. It takes true evil to do what was done to them.

Those sweet, adorable, innocent children. Such a shame, prayers for their families.

Edit to add: and those two teachers who died trying to protect them.

This has to stop.

Mentally ill need to be in hospitals to protect the public. Tired of seeing

Awful tragedy. Those poor families. I can’t imagine the pain they are going through.

I live about 2 hours southeast of Uvalde. This has shaken the whole state of Texas to its core. Thanks for sharing the pictures of those precious angels, may God grant them eternal rest and I pray for peace for the loved ones that are hurting. I have 6 children all between the ages of 17 and 2. Whatever you do, don't allow your lives to become too busy, always make time to make memories with loved ones and to let them know how much you love them.

Thank you for posting this. These are the souls to remember. It hurts deeply thinking about my own children (one of whom is 11) and how much pain these parents must be in.

Lord Jesus, I come to you asking you to comfort these families and accept the souls of these departed into your loving embrace. Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let your perpetual light shine upon them.

This shite is depressing... It truly is.

I cannot fathom what those families are going through right now.

I grew up in South Texas and knew folks in Uvalde. Good, hard-working Christian people very family orientated.

Here's the problem: Everywhere in this country now respect for law enforcement is all but gone, compared to what it used to be. There was always respect and a certain kind of fear that folks had, and you knew if you screwed up you'd pay the price. Now pieces of crap don't care what they do or whom they do it to. And in the liberal cities they're encouraged to do violent acts. I'm really shocked that more crimes of this nature are not happening in our border states than this. When we get this government straight, and we will, justice will again someday prevail.

Prayers to these wonderful folks who are with God now, to their families, and may we all continue to keep the faith.

We must.

Thank you for the thread, but this hurts me. I have a kid that will be a 3rd grader in about 3 hours, and I see her in these kids.

I hope that motherfricker burns in hell for a long time.

That’s tough to look at and so very sad.

The country has a huge mental health problem.

As they say an armed society is a polite society.
Absolutely needs to be a change immediately on who and how guns can be owned and obtained. The story on how this dude got a hold of of two assault rifles as quickly as he did is a complete disaster.
I can’t think of all the “Red Flags” when people purchase guns for ill intent but that sure the Fuk is a Red Flag and it needs to changed immediately.

I checked in on page two because I am not ready to look at those children’s pics yet. Bless their families and hope those angels fly high up in the heavens.

Don’t know what to say. The parents, the people that had to handle the aftermath of the crime scene, just horrible. You know everyone knows everyone in that community. Folks will need mental help for a lifetime.

No ten year old kid should be listed on anything other than a school play or honor role. With a grandchild of the same age, I fear for her safety. Our schools should be "safe havens" for our young not slaughter houses for mentally troubled people.

Words are inadequate to describe seeing these beautiful, innocent young souls with so much promise for the future, viciously taken from their loved ones by a depraved, soulless despicable piece of shite.

My tears do not begin to express my feelings and outrage.

I am profoundly heartbroken for the parents, family members and friends of these precious children and beloved teachers.

May God grant them some small measure of peace for their lost loved ones.

There should be more processes in place, but not total Democratic restriction, as they want. There have been sick people around doing heinous things such as this for a very long time.............finding out as it occurs now is the change. And the bad element see's these events and want to emulate. The 'Domino Effect' begins.

Again, these beautiful kids and adults are with the Lord now, prayers to their families and friends.
