I own quite a few guns myself but I’m not naïve enough to think that if the government ever really wanted to take them away, they absolutely could. What am I going to do verse a tank. It’s like people didn’t see the average Ukrainian with a rifle versus jets and tanks earlier this year.

They all look like such good kids, smart kids, loving kids. My heart is absolutely aching for these families. The mentally ill need to be locked up if they are showing signs of aggression or delusions. This maniac hurt animals and showed all the signs of having serious mental issues. A tragedy beyond comprehension.

I hate to say it but gang violence is one thing. Yes it’s lives lost, but when you go into the inner city and there are gangs it is expected that death is going to happen. When fourth grade children are learning, there is no expectation that death is looming around the corner. That’s why it’s different.
The Liberal argument is against the means. I want to address the motive. To get to the heart of the matter.
Well intentioned (and done) posts like the OP (unfortunately) obscure the real issue.

Yeah, no shite. I don’t have a solution for the gun violence other than remember the victim and purge the murderer out of your mind. If these losers would be forgotten rather than assholes like Don Lemon glorifying them, then I’m pretty convinced these shootings would happen less.
