Man that is rough. My daughter is in 4th grade and it is hard to fathom losing her in this manner much less any form. Rest In Peace to all of them and comfort and strength for their loved ones.

I can live with that alternative.

Man………….F that horrible piece of garbage that did this. No penalty could be harsh enough, especially the one he paid. RIP kids, it should not have been this way.

Prayers sent. This country is in hell no longer headed towards hell.

Man. This weighs so heavy on my heart. There really aren’t any words that can describe something so tragic and senseless and … just purely evil.
I taught for a brief time. I see those teachers’ photos and identify all too closely with them, because I always felt like I owed it to my kids’ parents to try to care for them the way I’d want my own children to be cared for in my absence. And I know that I would have covered them with my own body without a moment’s thought, if it came to that.
On the other side of the coin, losing a young student (even when no senseless act of violence was involved) is a life-altering thing in and of itself. I can see that child’s face in every photo here, and feel the terrible pang of that loss like it just happened. Yet I cannot imagine being in their parents’ shoes — or maybe cannot allow myself to. It is unspeakable.
These are really the only names and faces that should be remembered from this incident. Let the POS who took their lives rot in Hell and obscurity.

That is terrible.
Now do any random day in Chicago. Or New York City. Or San Francisco. Or Baltimore.
When I see the same degree of pain and sorrow over what is going on in our inner cities I will be wiling to sit down and have a meaningful dialogue.

That isn’t what this thread is. No one who has posted in it disagrees with you on the second amendment. Aren’t there roughly 5,000,000 threads already on the board that are more appropriate for this bullshite?

quote:Put a sock in it. The argument being made is disingenuous. It is solely based on emotion. Their lives are no more or less important than anyone else who has died due to wanton gun violence. Yet the tragedy of their lost lives is not commemorated because it serves no purpose. It is faux outrage when we truly need to have a meaningful dialogue on how to address this.

Change your avi if it makes you feel better.

The OP isn’t making an argument, retard. The only point of the OP is to remember the victims instead of the shooter.
No one at all whatsoever mentioned any violence elsewhere or anything else except you and Strannix, on page 3.

Piss off asswipe. When I see the same degree of concern over daily gun violence I will respond accordingly.

I hate to say it but gang violence is one thing. Yes it’s lives lost, but when you go into the inner city and there are gangs it is expected that death is going to happen. When fourth grade children are learning, there is no expectation that death is looming around the corner. That’s why it’s different.

They would be taken away from you easily with no resistance. I don't wish that to be your fate but that is exactly how it would go down
