It doesn't matter or it shouldn't. The only thing that does is competence & a willingness to do right by the USA, it's peoples & the FBI. Let's hope he restores some of the "faith" we once possessed in our country for it's institutions, agencies and "elected" leaders.
Obviously this is another attempt to sway those contemplating either procedure. In very poor taste no matter the reason.
No, Quinnipiac calls both landlines and cell phones.
Once, when I moved to another state. At the time, being a new resident, I could not answer one question as I did not know who was on the ballot. Since then I've not been polled again. However, if I don't recognize the telephone number, I won't answer the call.
Quinnipiac polls buy lists of names. These lists are used more than once as they do cost money.
No, it isn't crazy. He's been mentally incompetent to complete his duties as President and "they" know it. Evoking the 25th would be validation of his incompetency and thus not a winning option for the party going forward. Imagine the headlines, "I told you so" (although certainly not main stream media material.) So as in the case of Wilson, others will be administering behind the scenes and bring out old Joe just to convince us that he is still breathing. Keeping him under wraps though allows Kamala to take credit for any good news (although the news of late has been anything but.). After all she is part of this administration so why not.
Thinking that too, I guess for some "hope springs eternal". You would think though that after experiencing the horrors of having a daughter stuck in Israel on the 7th, there would be no doubt in her mind which "oval" to fill in on election day. I do feel though that this go around "reality" has bit her on the behind and she will vote wisely. Plus her husband, although Jewish passionately dislikes the Democratic party and he's partly responsible for my friend's "great awakening".
I hope so but Rasmussen polls more often than not lean Republican. Yesterday I checked out the betting odds, Lott and Stossel, and Harris is ahead. As long as her handlers keep her under wraps, there's not much chance the voting public will get to hear how completely incompetent she is as presidential material. It's unfathomable that voters, due to their intense dislike of Trump, will vote for someone who has no track record, was not elected in a primary and who's values do not represent the majority of the American people.

As for the polls, let's remember that Hilliary was the favorite.
Where to begin . . for starts I'm from the unfortunately Blue state of Connecticut. Thankfully though I moved to a quiet hamlet which is mostly conservative. In my town and surrounding area I've seen nothing but Trump signs and not one for Biden when he was still in the race & so far nothing for his illegitimate replacement.

As for "talk", my Liberal Jewish friends are suffering from buyer's remorse. I was shocked to see a right leaning news publication other than the Times in one of their homes. Needless to say they are not happy with their so called "representatives"

While working for early election in CT this week, (so far only 4 voters showed up to cast a ballot. Complete waste of CT tax payer dollars.), I overheard my co-worker and Moderator comment about Walz. Nothing they said filled me with joy. Apparently to them he is another saviour sent from the Gods to help push K A M A L A over the finish line.

Mostly though I hear nothing but grumbling about the high prices for everything and the latest in CT is the ridiculous hike in electrical rates that has the populace up in arms (I hear that the powers that be are rethinking this latest blunder.) Generally speaking people are not happy with much these days. Along with inflation, DEI in particular does not rest well with many.

Folks from all walks of life want our country to return to normalcy and common sense rather than to pursue a path that seems to be leading us to our own destruction.
If you are waitressing or delivering food, it matters. I don't need Uncle Sam taking a bite out of what s/b a gratuity for a job well done.

Regardless of what the poll numbers are what matters most is the amount of cheating that will ensue. To all my fellow election officials be especially vigilant.
It would also help if they listen to what is being said. At least two asked the same question regarding the whereabouts of the ladder the shooter used to climb on the roof. I also thought it would have been sufficient for Wray to state at the very beginning that his answers would be to the best of his knowledge instead of repeatedly stating so with each and every question.
I don't and for the life of me I didn't see anything mean in his tweets. I'll vote for the candidate that shares my values and vision for the future for our country. If he/she seems somewhat, perhaps, coarse, so be it (Abe was thought to be "coarse" by DC standards.). Trump will get my vote and did so the last election.
I don't disagree with what you say, however, a constant theme echoed by my Dad was someday your husband will take care of you. Be that as it may, my fate in life and I'm sure I speak for many, are those who fall into the category of divorced. Some may opt for some sort of government assistance but for me that was never an option. I struggled on my own, working two jobs more often than not. I find the type of woman you describe as utterly abhorrent and a disgrace to the idea of a strong woman.
My sister and I are polar opposites. She's as Liberal as they come, even sending me a Left leaning book that I probably won't read. I always get the feeling that she is trying to "bait" me when conversing even though I avoid political discussions with her. Perhaps her days spent on a NYC campus is responsible for her political beliefs, which are not shared by anyone else in my family. On a brighter note though my close friend, a life long Dem. is now singing a different tune.
I grow as much as possible, veggies, berries, etc., don't buy any wheat products (even bread) with the exception of whole wheat pasta. Meat though is still purchased at the grocery stores as is eggs and dairy products. There are still products out there w/o the dreaded "bioengineered" labeling, i.e., Kraft mayo $1.25 at Dollar Tree for one. Watch out for Campbell soups as "they've managed to slip a few past us "label watchers".
I remember my friend's husband saying, "you're gonna die" because I didn't get the shot. As things have worked out, his wife, my friend was recently diagnosed with lung cancer & had a lobe removed. She is a non smoker. Makes one wonder doesn't it. And for the record, I haven't had so much as a sniffle since the onset of COVID.
So is one to assume that a monitored home security system is a waste of money? Any thoughts on other measures besides a gun?
Angry old man is more apt than presidential. After the 1st half hour or so I got tired of the same old, same old ranting and raving about his "predecessor". Much of it was dedicated to verbally attacking Trump. Did we hear about the border, NO. But we did hear about the port to facilitate aid to Gaza. Gaza would not be on my short list of items to discuss with Americans who grow needier by the day. But let's help the murdering Palestinians who are not fit to take up space on our planet.
