Mike Pence's office admits the U.S. Vice President used private email to conduct public business as governor of Indiana, and according to the Indianapolis Star, his personal AOL account was hacked.

It did matter with Hillary, and it matters with Mike if this account was used to communicate classified and above info. Using easily compromised means of communication is not a good look if that's a significant part of the content.

Read the whole article. This was when Pence was Governor and some professor did a FOIA and didn't get what he wanted. Some personal things were redacted so they are twisting this into something nefarious.

That's why I said if - and that's a pretty big if. I don't know how often governors are subjected to information related to national security, or if they are even required to get a clearance.
