The guy you quoted said:
People need God. Unfortunately the chance of getting through to liberals enmass is nil, meaning there needs to be laws to provide structure and limit their immorality.
In the very old days the punishment for cheating on your spouse was severe. Those days aren’t coming back, leaving divorce as one of the few recourses for adultery.
Instead of penalizing the guy who got cucked, France should be punishing the adulterer. Losing parental rights, fiscal damages and so on. I don’t know if France has similar tax code to the US, but given the tax benefits of being married here it should be considered fraud if someone steps outside their marriage. Just as marrying someone for a visa is fraudulent

There needs to be some societal / economic disincentive to divorce to help keep families together. A lot of freedoms have been a good thing, but in the 50’s there was a negative stigma surrounding divorce, now it seems almost encouraged

Children can wack it off without consent but a man can’t freely determine if his wife phucked a clown and spawned that child

Don't sign the birth certificate until she agrees to a test.

Europe is a continent of cucks. No strong men there now.

If all these women are cheating, who is fricking them?
Hint: guys. Most of whom have wives

If she lied, $15K fine vs. 18 years of child support for someone else's child might be a better deal.

It’s also illegal for mothers to test for paternity without the father/presumed father’s permission.
Don’t let that put a damper on your outrage though.

I wonder if women have a better way of knowing paternity than men.

Not if she has multiple partners.
Or if she suspects her partner is the father of other kids.

Also, the only good thing to come out of this new law in France is that to find out if the kid's yours, all you gotta do is ask for her consent to get the test. If she says yes, then it's yours (or she believes it is). If she doesn't consent then it obviously isn't yours (of she at least thinks it isn't).
Unexpected silver lining mayhaps?

For her, not knowing who the father is, is 100% self-inflicted. She knows she’s the mother.
He has no control over who the father is, and has no way of knowing if he is the father (in the context of this conversation).

Please explain the rationality of not allowing a man to test that the child his wife gives birth to is truly his? I can wait.
If the husband is to be expected to pay a single damn cent for that child, he sure as hell should be allowed to know if it is even his or not. How is it ever defensible to disallow a paternity test?

This hypocrite will be the first on this board to whine about equality isn’t equitable.

I never said it was rational. I am not invested in the hypothetical potential paternity disputes of strangers in France.

It’s like you’re disappointed that men and women are held to the same standard.

Same for him. No one forces men to have sex or ejaculate. If he absolutely wants to be sure he isn’t a father, there’s a simple way to accomplish that.
