The Trump campaign pandering BLEXIT with whining about how Joe Biden was too tough on crime in the senate while simultaneously running Trump as the strong law and order candidate.
That Joe Biden does not exist anymore and has no power in 2020.
The GOP and Trump campaign thought they were getting BLEXIT when they're actually getting WEXIT.
Mixed messaging like that hurts political campaigns.
You win elections by painting as strong a contrast between you and your opponent and offer bold visions and bold results, not mixed messaging.

Or when Trump supported the Floyd protests or didn't stand up to Fauci earlier, or didn't declare Antifa a terrorist organization like he said he would do?
