A couple observations.
1. The video is ends before the shots were fired. Curious if he has the full video all through the shots being fired.
2. In a video posted the day after, there was the previous famous young Fed moving a couple ladies from the first row behind the stage. From the angle of this video it seems like that would have been very near where this guy was located.
3. All the witness videos show Crooks crawling on the roof, but in this video it looks like he he on his feet moving towards his ultimate shooting location.
4. From where he initially shows up on the roof, he would have climbed up from the lower roof closer to the 2 story building, not from the parking lot end where he shot from. If the witnesses on the ground did not see him climb up then he had to climb up from the interior area between the two lower connecting roofs.

I told everyone last week he crawled up on the Uni Struts (they protect AC lines) hooked to the metal building not on the barn in the back. This means one of those local snipers were in on it, or paid to look the other way. Now the New Director pointing out the view of the guy yesterday, is KEY, he's basically saying there is no way he could have missed this.
If one looks at the video where he is seen next to the front by those 4 Pipes or Vents, hes seen as looking up, I think hes trying to see how far over he needs to get to so he will not be seen by the Sniper on Barn #1, he knows the sniper on barn #2 is looking the other way and has to reorient his whole set up to get a shot off. He knows all he has to do is get up on the roof, run over to the other side, behind the tree where Sniper #1 can't see him, and thus he can get a few shots off before the sniper on barn #2 can get set up again and find the range et al. He also, IMHO, has to know there are snipers in the building where he is going to crawl up, because he saw them changing shift is where he first got noticed on the picnic table.
So, how could he crawl up those metal uni strut bars run across the roof and get a shot off? One of those local snipers had to be paid off and in the know, which is why I say the new Director Rowe was showing that angle yesterday, saying he should have seen him. I bet that guy is arrested withing the next 90 days. Because if the SS/FBI had nothing to do with this, they want to out anyone who did. Now, was the CIA involved, my guess is yes, behind the scenes so as not to call attention to themselves, they were the money men.
The FBI/SS throwing those locals under the bus seems to be an inflection point. There is no way that kid crawls up there without being seen.

Not only that, but we know, at this point, local authorities closer to the building had seen the shooter - at least an hour prior to this clip. No one notified the counter sniper team and no one notified the body team that this potential threat had been identified? How does that happen? Mere negligence isn't a plausible excuse for this.

Doesn't the perspective of the video seem off if James Copenhaver (one of the victims) took the video?
He supposedly was in the bleachers to President Trump's left. All the recreations show James to have been at about 8:30 from Trump. This person who shot this video was more behind Trump, at about 7:00 from Trump.

New video interview of local official emphatically states the snipers were in the ground floor building, not in the 2.story bldg. He says that is where the SS told the local snipers to set up.
The SS set this up and were going to pin it on the locals LE. At this point this is the only way this could occur the way it played out.

If you look at the OP video clip a SS agent on the one side and back of Trump, or the counter snipers HAD to see Crooks.
