Trying to force the Abraham Accords onto the Middle East in its current state would trigger an Arab Spring 2.0. Anyone pretending the region is stable enough for that is completely detached from reality.

Pretty much nailed it.

The tweet says mandatory but also says if some of the countries has a reason or two not to sign that would be acceptable. This is a complete clown show.

Trump warns not listen to the critics and losers who haven’t even seen the deal yet. Trump is going secure the uranium, because it will be the smoking gun that proves Obama supplied Iran with US uranium.

Trump is working the media machine to his advantage, generating all the buzz, and then when he has the eyes of the world on him, he uses it.

We have to tell the world Obama and his administration committed treason, and wittingly tried to give our adversaries weapons of mass destruction

This is such deflection bullshite.

The deal Obama made put inspectors inside Iranian nuclear facilities. Trump tore that dead up and allowed the Iranians to continue their enrichment without observers.

That's what happens when you let a bunch of Palestinian "refugees" into your border and give them sanctuary.

Lebanon was the only Arab nation that was predominately Christian, and after they let in the refugees in and gave them shelter, their good will was returned with dissent, and the Islamic take over of their institutions. Lebanon went from a peaceful nation to a muslim shite hole within a short period of time.

That idiot Bush Jr. had all the hardware there to take care of it when we did Iraq and didnt take care of it then. We were right there.

I blame his father. We had the opportunity to take out Sadaam in Gulf War I, but GHWB told Schwartzkopf to hold back.

If we would have taken advantage of that opportunity, how different would the ME be today?

I know shocking right? A muslim leader of a nation that has endorsed and financed wahhabism terrorism across the world can't be trusted. I'm just as shocked as you are.

Some merit to this logic to avoid being blown to smithereens while the markets are closed. We all know Trump doesn’t like bombing Iran during the trading week.

From the outset it has seemed that we've been negotiating with the wrong people. "Progress" and a "close deal" are announced, and then the IRGC (the guys who are really in charge) step in and say, "bullshite, we never agreed to that, not happening." It's happened multiple times. Unless we're negotiating with the ones who are actually in charge, all of this is meaningless.

There is also talk that SA is pressuring us to hold off until the end of Hajj, which is May 30th. I guess we will see if that is true or if another dead line is created that Iran will just ignore.

Seems very likely to me something that was in the works didn’t happen and they pivoted. Don’t know if it was in part the weapons cache the Kurds kept, a high level defector who ended up not leading anti regime forces, a reneg by some other uprising leader. Hard to pinpoint. Maybe all of the above.
Ahmadinejad and the Kurds, supposedly...
