Do you realize we were at war? Messaging is not for us. It is for Iran.
What does that mean? Iran knows what they have and don't have, why would they care what the "messaging" is from Trump about their capabilities.
Trump is speaking about the war just like he would a campaign stop in Iowa. He's going to brag, tell you he's doing "insert thing here" better than anyone has ever done it and anybody that says otherwise is fake news. It is what it is, it's the quality that made him such an endearing candidate and a 2 time winner. But at the same time, it's his weakness when it's situations that aren't totally in his control, he still talks and acts like he is, always will.

They should have had their 14 - 21 day ceasefire then they should have resumed bombing. Every minute you give Iran the more closer they are to their goal of waiting us out.

The reference to "ships" is interesting - implies using cruise missiles and JASSMs from carrier aircraft. Those don't require the consent of Arab states.
If we strike it’ll be using everything, like it was last month

Yup, first bombs explode at 3:01 pm central time Friday afternoon. That would be 01:00 am Saturday morning in Iran.

HOUTHIS CUT OFF - REFUSING TO COOPERATE WITH TERROR MASTERS IN TEHRAN
Senior Iran Analyst Dror Balazada (@DBalazada) reports that the Houthi terrorist organization has not received any money or weapons from Iran for the past six months.
Consequently, they are refusing to cooperate with Tehran’s planned "adventures" until their funding is restored.
The Houthis are reportedly operating out of "sheer fear" of @realDonaldTrump
and American strikes, leading them to stick to a reported agreement with Trump to secure vital "breathing room."
Beyond the American threat, the group is also deeply afraid of a potential Saudi military intervention within Yemeni territory.

I think outside of all the "fear" stuff, it's just stupid to get into a shooting war without any means of resupply. If Iran can't fund or supply them, then the Houthis will be unable to defend themselves after using any stockpiles they have.

I agree. Also, SA has a defense pact with Pakistan, whom just sent over several fighter jets, munitions and personnel to SA. Most likely in anticipation of the Houthi's acting up. The Houthi's probably see that as well and don't want the smoke from the SA and Pakistan airforce.

Have we gone back to bombing the Iranians yet or are we pulling a TACO?

At this point, you have to assume we’re done until proven otherwise because the goalposts have been moved on almost a daily basis.

Well that fitting since it's a TACO Tuesday.

Iranian MP Ali Khazarian warned Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan against telling Tehran what it “should” do, saying the it “determines its own dos and don’ts.”
“Fidan should know that he's not allowed to use the word ‘should’ outside Turkey’s borders,” Khazarian said.

He won the vote. He is unhindered. The only thing in Trumps way is Trump.
You know that's bullshite.
60 day War Powers Act or Authorization for the Use of Military Force or openly declare war...which the US hasn't done since WWII.
You think the democrats and turncoat Republicans are going to give Trump the same treatment as Obama/Clinton/Ford/Reagan?
If congress would give him AUMF we would be bombing the crap out of Iran right now.

“I hope we don’t have to do the war, but we may have to give them another big hit,” Trump told reporters on Tuesday. When asked how long he would wait, he said: “Well, I mean, I’m saying two or three days, maybe Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Something maybe early next week — a limited period of time.”

Right now it is an enigma wrapped in a burrito. Should things change, you will be the first to know.
