We really have no choice than to make a big move on Iran. Something that causes maximum damage.
Although I don’t think hitting power plants and bridges is the answer unless there are specific reasons to hits the ones involved.

Run another couple weeks of targeted bombing. Keep Hormuz out of Iranian control indefinitely. Arm the population and support them with air support and special forces on the ground
