One of theost ridiculous things we do in this country is give people money to go buy corn syrup drink and chips.
The bad dietary habits poor kids have developed from their mom's bringing home garbage food is diabolical. PepsiCo is happy to have new lifelong customers though.
I hope this judge stubbs her big toe while running from red wasps.

This is just insane. The law as it is written gives potus power to regulate eligible food purchases.
So tired of these judges. But more importantly, I’m tired of lawyers bringing these cases to court in the first place.
They should just ignore the idiot judge's ruling and go about their day.
That judge should have zero authority here.

No they shouldn’t. That whole separation of power thing
You do understand that the leftist judge here is NOT exercising seperaration of power right?
This is a presidential program the judge influencing.
So yeah, thanks for calling out the leftist judge even though you don't apoarently understand what seperation of power really is.

Supplemental is an important word too. If you're into things like words.
Anyone else getting bored of these stupid takes? I'm getting bored reading these ridiculous arguments every day.
You create these stupid arguments because that's all you have.
Beer can be considered supplemental as well I'm sure right? Anything in the store can be considered "supplemental".. that really is a stupid argument you're trying to make.

President's should be able to remove judges below the Supreme Court at will.
No indeed not. That would destroy the constitutional order.

Federal judges should not be appointed. They should be elected. They should at most have a two term limit, and each term should be around 5 years.
Some of the most wise government architects in history rejected this and for a great reason. They wanted the Judiciary to be free of public opinion. It is the weakest of the three branches, but it is designed to act as a brake on irrational majorities. Your proposal would remove that brake that our founders considered so important.
If this was done you’d see Presidents being able to implement their agenda much faster and more completely. That includes agendas like socialism.
