Okay. This is ridiculous.

So what does nutritional really mean?

Remember Clinton? It depends on what is means. Here we go.

You are supplementing (providing extra) nutrition. Junk food is not nutrition.

This lady and Boasburg should be co-presidents. No need to even have a president, or congress for that matter.

Which is why we should severely reduce the payouts. It should supplement not replace.

Wow! I guess I should listen to "Bad Hombre" on X and start hating this judge right now.

Grrrr! I'm angry.

I really don’t understand how this is even an issue. Sodas, cookies, and chips are free at all California supermarkets

Balance of power should be scotus, house and presidential administration keeping each other in check.

Federal judges should not be appointed. They should be elected. They should at most have a two term limit, and each term should be around 5 years.

No they shouldn’t. That whole separation of power thing

What is the check on abuse of power or subverting the will of the people?

Congress and POTUS can be voted out via elections, impeachments, etc

What “they” would probably say to that idea, making federal judges elected, is that it would introduce the precise element into the federal judiciary that they/we don’t exactly want in it: politics, particularly that which comes with elections and campaigning (and campaign contributions and such).

The SNAP benefits page states "Putting Healthy Food within Reach for Those in Need". That is very clear.

They are sadly already political. I'd give em term limits and restrict their power. Take away their ability to single handedly hinder the entire executive branch or legislative branch.

If they are mad at something the two major branches are doing, they can send a petition to the head of their judicial branch, the scotus, and request the supremes to step in and do something.

Not ruling the way you want is neither an abuse of power nor subverting the will of “the people”

Except that when those rulings are being used to subvert the will of the people and constantly overturned on their merits

frick her.

Seriously, frick her.

Trump should announce that his Administration will no longer recognize, nor abide by, any rulings from any court other that the SCOTUS, and only after full briefing and oral argument.

Enough of these fricking lower court judges assuming a status equal to the President of the United States.

Is like to learn more about the parties who contested the snap eligibility and if they have ties to large food conglomerates.
