This is past funny.
It's time that people started suing the shite out of these people.
"An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book's account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party. The Democrats who have been calling for Kav's impeachment need to resign in shame and apologize to the country. Kav needs to sue them and the media for pushing these obvious lies.

Watching the Howard Kurtz show MediaBuzz on Fox yesterday, Howie had several copied pages of the soon to be released book written by the Times journalists. He read the book passage which indicated that the "victim ?" didn't remember this incident. Howie said this was critical context apparently left out to increase the impact to smear Kavanaugh. The Democrats (around DC) are vicious, nasty people with the intent of taking out Trump and then Kavanaugh by any means necessary.
They never take their eyes off their prize.
But my reason for posting was Fox covered this important omission yesterday. That may be a major reason why the Times updated their story less than 24 hours later.
