This guy is so full of shite that it’s frightening.

This stupid fricking disingenuous POS.

quote:

“Bruce Springsteen clearly sees his job as engaging in a meaningful back and forth.”

There is no meaningful back and forth. He’s preaching from the stage, you stupid cocksucker. You’re telling me he listens to a MAGA fan respectfully from the stage? They have a little courteous and polite debate?

fricking moron.

From my perspective of 56 years I can vaguely remember when the Gray Lady practiced a quaint old tradition called "journalism".

You're correct. The Grey Lady was enslaved by big money. Now its a question of how to free her.

Dude, journalism has never been "objective" especially print journalism. Go back to elections around 1800. Newspapers were basically propaganda tools.....page after page. Hearst essentially ran a propaganda operation for McKinley .

Jagger is very aware of the worldly and spiritual powers in play, and walks a tightrope in between the Light and Dark.

When Elvis sincerely asked a drunken Jerry Lee Lewis “do you think my music is of the devil “, the ruthlessly honest Lewis laughed and replied “Hell, son, you ARE the devil “.

Jagger is a lot more aware than Springsteen. Bruce - champion of the Proletariat- has went all in Socialist. Maybe he should examine the historical record of Socialism instead of or before writing songs to promote it.

I would really hate to be playing the game at that level without Jesus. Behind the curtain is some really big stuff, from the worst to the best. Albeit facing such is the inevitable destiny of all, IMO. Thanks ’Adam and Eve’, as I agree with that choice.

Lord have mercy on them who love.

They weren't monolithic like they are today. The MSM doesn't even bother to change up the wording when they're reading DNC talking.

Hey, I can sing and dance and that makes me smarter than almost all.

I can act on stage or in front of cameras and that makes me smarter than those who can only sing and dance.

That is why America is so frigged right now. The types above get way to much attention for their comments.

The Romans held singers and particularly actors in such contempt that they wouldn't even let their slaves sleep with them.

Yes, just like when they constantly encourage their fans to rock the vote, etc., after preaching politics on stage. They want you to vote for their candidate. It never occurs to them that you might have a different opinion on candidates than their superior, genius point of view. If you say you are going to vote for a Republican, they suddenly lose all respect for your version of expressing your 1st amendment rights and how important it is after preaching about it.

Wah, Republicans have Fox and FNC swamps the other cable competition.....combined. Plus Republicans now have Twitter or X. Newspaper wise Republicans have the NYPost and Washington Times in the key pitiful markets

So, what's the complaint?

you definitely didn't watch that clip. His comments about the back and forth have to do with how Springsteen conducts his shows juxtaposed against how a Bob Dylan does his performances. He was not suggesting Springsteen engages in a back and forth about politics from the stage.

Comprehension is a lost art. Very sad.
