Apologies, you are correct. Apple ditched iTunes for Macs a while ago, and it’s as easy as ever to get new music on. They are fricking you Windows folks.

Sanders began making his fried chicken in a gas station. Almost committed suicide but had a change of heart and decided to sell his recipe. He was rejected 66 times but eventually started making grounds. Sold his company in the 60s and went from homeless to a billionaire. After he sold his company, he would travel and promote his chicken. At one stop he decided to taste test his gravy but tasted awful. He ended up being sued by his own company for the negative remarks that would hurt sales. KFC lost the suit in court.

Dave Thomas would work for Sanders who ended up founding Wendys.

Didn't GNR yank that one relatively recently? Slash was bitchin', fussin' pissin' about it or something.

That one has been controversial for years to say the least.

Axl wrote the song as a narrative from the eyes of a young kid in LA looking to make it big and what he had to deal with, including cops, foreigners, homosexuals, etc, and wasn’t politically correct about how he referred to some of these groups.

Excellent song if you can ignore about eight lines like “they want to make some mini-Iran or spread some fricking disease. They speak so many goddamn ways, it’s all Greek to me.”

On a personal level it's become impossible for me to enjoy R. Kelly, Led Zeppelin, and David Bowie after reading about the crimes (statutory rapes/kidnappings) they were committing while writing and performing songs I previously enjoyed. I don't expect everyone to feel the same way. Racism and violence against women and children just ruin artists and their art for me.

Then don't listen to them. Why the frick do you have to ruin it for everyone else???

Here’s a theoretical for these people.

Is Helter Skelter from the Beatles banned? If so, why not?

Helter Skelter was used in the insane ramblings of Manson to justify the actions used in various attacks and killings.

The answer should be “The song is fine, Manson was fricking nuts.”

But abortion is OK, right? My body my choice, right? Except when it comes to the vaccine…

Democrats and liberals are the biggest group of hypocrites I’ve ever seen in my entire life

Yeah i always thought that was pretty obvious. Great art. He was ballsy to do it even back then. Now the, "You just can't do that" trumps all artistic license.

I make it a point to introduce my daughter to as much classic rock and country as possible (and some new non-garbage). Buying her an ipod for Christmas and am going to load some outstanding playlists for her.

I wonder how much Tipper was collecting as head of that gig.

Make some strong statements about music.

Get parents to donate money and make music companies pay hush money.

Get paid 6 to 7 figures a year.

Profit!

Now do rappers and rap music. Hell here’s the first one off the top of my head: Cardi B admitted to drugging and robbing men at gunpoint after seducing them with promises of sexual intercourse.

Yeah, like Obama's pal Jay-Z who likes to brag in his lyrics about selling crack and shooting his brother. I'm guessing the "concerned" don't have any problems with him.

Most people involved in that situation should have been shot.

All the Washington wives had too much fricking time on their hands and decided to pull this shite.

OTOH, musicians like Cyndi Lauper knew exactly what they were doing and shouldn’t have fricking done it.

The likes of Dee Snyder and Frank Zappa were the only ones who came out of this without looking like total fricking idiots.
