I don’t think the Nazis had gospel music and prayer either. But, this wise woman who vacationed in Germany and toured for 8 hours must know better.

I wouldn't fire her. I would send her to the Artic Circle to do weather balloon experiments. Order a 6 month stint in the dead of winter. Her blood is already ice cold. She would do just fine.
