Trump’s residency is in Florida, him filing for would be on favorable conditions. A complete fabrication of a story in a civil suit wouldn’t open a door to your preconceived notion of opening up discovery no more than the last 2 wins against people whose defamation suits were paid out

Discovery to what, exactly?
They made a claim, THEY now have to prove it. Trump doesnt have to disprove it. Thats not how the law works. They have to provide their source, other examples of Trump sending this form of communication, tying the typewriter to one Trump had access to, etc
