Yeah, compared to what Nancy? North Korea which is a massive gulag? How about Taliban run Afghanistan where women are raped, beaten, and forced into beekeeper suits? And everything I’m hearing even before Covid, it’s way more tyrannical over there now even barring Covid than it was when I was there in the early 2010s, and it was bad for the people then.
