I keep trying to find the laws rhat are being passed barring blacks from voting.
I guess they've been told so many times that "equality" = a guaranteed outcome (as opposed to an equal opportunity) they actually believe it.
Also, I again ask the question: If only someone of one's own race can represent that race, aren't the other races in those voting districts being "disenfranchised"?
