My take on the Trump indictments

The only thing that makes sense to me is that the cabal sees they have a free pass to lie, cheat, and steal IF Trump is the Republican nominee. They couldn’t get away with it against any other candidate, but it’s all baked in with Trump and they can keep up the dirty tricks as long as he is their formal opponent. They’d have to start from scratch with DeSantis and just wouldn’t have enough time, ammo and buy-in from moderate Americans to concoct this against someone fresh.
So they know this and are throwing these BS indictment at Trump to bait his supporters into “only Trump” status. And it will likely work.

I think you're probably fairly close here.
It's win-win for them, they get Trump as nominee for which there is broad fatigue, and they get to score cheap stupid points for their frothing at the mouth idiot supporters.
It's really pretty similar to woke corporations - for the most part they keep making the same money and they get to appease the psychopaths while scoring points with our ESG elites.
Of course, we've seen that retaliation can work, but I'm not optimistic here

Simple and true answer is that Trump is a criminal, Republicans need to find someone who is not.

Exactly what I was thinking. They 'take out' Trump, or at least distract him with legal woes for a good long time, while his supporters alienate themselves from any other GOP candidate.

We are now a nation that indicts our political opponents at the highest level. Pandora’s box is open.

Nobody believes Trump is actually guilty of a crime.

I’m all in on Trump. If ever there was a guy that would come in now a wreck shite, it’s the current Trump. I just don’t see anyone coming in and doing as much to the deep State, and global cabal as Trump. I’d vote for him if he was in a prison cell. Maybe that’s what they want; oh well, they got it….

My question is this: With all the resources and money the Dems are spending on trying to pin something on Trump...how much money will they have left for the election whether it's against Trump or someone else...not even counting if someone runs against Ole Biding in the dem primary. They will have to be reaching deep by then. And then...how long can they keep this up...will they have enough to keep the Senate and win back the House?

What specifically has he done that is criminal, and why has he not been put in jail all ready if it is so cut and dry?

OP’s take is just idiocy. They aren’t going to galvanize his supporters more than they already have with this. This is one of a half dozen things they’ve tried to stick him with now. They’re trying to make him look like a bad guy and create enough doubt in moderates that they’ll choose the Dim or the other R candidate. Of course they control both of those people

Remember when Trump ran on that? Then won the presidency… and was President for four years… and didn’t do that?

No. We’re actually just a country that indicts republicans. Dems have a free pass, and they’re slowly learning they can literally do anything whatsoever with no fear of retribution.

He is now guaranteed the nomination and Biden is guaranteed the presidency.
