These people have been robbing American taxpayers blind over the last 20 years and the population has exponentially grown. Our country is in deep trouble and is turning into the third world.

They probably franchise those "Learing Centers". Have to buy signage and other accoutrements from the corporate headquarters in Minneapolis. Locations and enrollment numbers must be approved by Corporate. Voluminous ghost students is encouraged.

It'd be interesting to look up all the muzzie childcare centers and see just how many have/had it spelled "learing"... that's a serious indication of a copy/pasta scam template.
