I’ve suffered quite a bit of mental anguish and pain and suffering over the CHAZ takover. Anyway I can sign up?

Korkster is clearly full of it. But just as clearly has more friends than any everyday poster any place. Just name an off the wall 4 block neighborhood anyplace in America and he has SEVERAL dear friends there. And knows intimately many in business. LOL! What a BS hill to die on.

Hey Korky, I used to live in Windermere and lost contact with the area and neighbors, dial up a FEW of your friends there and give me the latest. I hear it's about 50% Spanish now. And while you're at it let me in on the latest in my old Grogan's Point neighborhood in Woodlands just N. of Houston. The place I sold the Russian couple on Northgate, they still there?

If the businesses win any significant settlement, they should use that money to get the hell out of there.

This is shocking!! Why would they do this? Mayor Jenny assured us there were no problems and even seemed to think it may be a “Summer Of Love”.
Indeed!
Very confusing.

No crime. No extortion. No threats. Great fun.
Area business owners dutifully recited those lines.
So it must have been true.

Nah liberals have no shame. Once you consume enough soy nothing phases them.

Being mocked on TD for a stupid post isn’t much shame when you spend your evenings jacking off as men plow your wife.

My problem with the suit is that it’s against the city, which means the taxpayers have to cover it.

When voters vote in libtard arseholes, they should expect to pay higher libtard arsehole taxes.

I hope they are awarded tens of millions of dollars. I wish I could move to Seattle just to see if I could be on that jury.

Also, I wish they would hold the mayor and governor PERSONALLY responsible, since they allowed that crap to happen.

This will be an interesting case to watch from a legal stand point. Generally speaking the State doesn't have to provide anything as it pertains to services. However, since they appear to be working with the people in the zone than they could be looked at as an extension of the people taking over. Furthermore, if there are services which the city is responsible for which haven't been maintained that causes damages those could be taking claims as well.

FINALLY!!! now the rest of the businesses in the US need to file law suits against ALL mayors that told cops to stand down while their businesses were being ransacked or burned to the ground.

Depending on the facts, that could be a much tougher case.

There is no violence, no lawlessness, everyone is just going about their business, some protesting, some not. Businesses aren't suffering, everything is operating normally, except there are just no police. There is no warlord, it's not some massive antifa shite, businesses are not being extorted. The police left, and shite got peaceful. That's what happened and is happening. There are no "armed guards", ID checks, or any of that shite. People come and go as they please, including cops. They still patrol, they just abandoned the precinct and stopped fighting the protesters.

Has Korky ever been right?

That’s probably most of the real businesses in CHOP. The area was mostly restaurants and bars. And the largest geographic section of CHOP was a park.

Any area whose defining feature is spray paint is a shithole.

These people voted in democrats that allowed all of this to happen. Their top 2 choices for mayor after the primary were both democrats. I don't have much sympathy for them.
