This needs to be happening everywhere if we are to ever see improvement in crime in this country.

quote:

The Missouri Attorney General has given embattled Democratic St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner an ultimatum amid public safety outcries following a major incident over the weekend: resign or be removed.

Attorney General Andrew Bailey, a Republican, gave Gardner "until noon tomorrow" to announce her resignation, after a motorist who repeatedly violated his bond conditions on earlier charges crashed and injured a teenage volleyball player.

"We are giving Kim Gardner until noon tomorrow to resign. If she refuses, she will face immediate removal proceedings in the form of a writ of quo warrant brought by our office," Bailey revealed on Twitter.

The suspect, 21-year-old Daniel Riley, was being held at the St. Louis City Justice Center on five charges, including unlicensed operation of a vehicle and felony assault.

At the time of the incident, he was out on bond for an August 2020 robbery case.

The poor girl lost her legs.

The POS criminal violated his house arrest 40 times without consequence.

Not only should Gardner be removed, any judge that continued to let this criminal flaunt the law should be removed too.

You wanna let violent criminals go free?

Fine. You’re responsible for their actions.

Let’s let people calling these shots put some real skin in the game.

You hear about Florida fighting the woke bullshite, but Missouri is constantly near the top of the list of patriots winning battles

I know he gets shite on here, but Josh Hawley is a majorly reason why.

And their AG is obviously top notch

And where is our AG Jeff Landry? Nowhere. Crickets. He is yet to mention Nola crime and instead brags about joining some useless suit against the Biden administration or talking about books in libraries nobody reads. Because Landry has been absolutely worthless on his basic duties, he is not getting my vote for governor. I will vote for a democrat before I vote Landry.

Just saw this story on the local Fox affiliate in KC…..the St Louis Groomer Marxist prosecutor put out a statement claiming this is a political attack and people need to quit finger pointing.

Being removed from office isn’t nearly enough, the people hurt by these Groomer prosecutors negligence should get a competent lawyer and sue these wacko prosecutors……and send them to prison so they can be with their friends.

I am a big Landry critic, but I don't think we have the same mechanisms to remove DAs

She should be removed and face civil and criminal lawsuits. If that is done and won, this country changes overnight.

Gardner finally did it. She let a cute young volleyball player in from out of town lose her legs.

Perjury didn’t do it. Prosecutorial misconduct didn’t do it. Not even not doing the basic day to day tasks of her job did it.

And even the mayor has turned on her. And an alderman. So the long knives are out.
