What's sad is that they did the same thing with Riley at one point even though his victim was still alive as well.

KMOV interviewed a former police officer whose son was one of the victims marked deceased. His son is alive.

He and the news people tried to play it off as incompetence instead of understanding that they found another one of the CAO strategies to avoid trying criminals.
