Funny thing is these people are the fallguys. The real crime is that Dems are using them as a front to funnel money into Dem causes.

Use common sense. With 14B in fraud in Minnesota alone, there simply is no way that only Democrat politicians knew about this. Start by admitting that the party you believe in knew about it and chose to do nothing, and ask yourself “why?”

Republicans have already blocked any further investigations into Ohmar after she was busted leading these operations. The Uniparty grift is strong here and beyond obvious now. Republicunts are the worst when it comes to "stopping" Democrat fraud. Clearly just paid performative opposition.

I'd be shocked if she even got 6 months out of it.

So what? Have the bastards within the government that gave the go ahead and the guidance been arrested?

These people aren't just coming over here and magically knowing how to scam the government for millions of dollars per fraud. There are kickbacks being given. Until all those people within the government are arrested, they'll just find different people to perform the fraud.

Correct. This is the same as arresting the drug users on the street corner but ignoring the dealer providing the drugs.

They are. The Feeding Our Futures prosecutions, which was a fraud prosecution of the Biden DOJ, have led to a ton of jail time.

Article from January 2025

Wikipedia page

quote:

By June 2026, out of 79 suspects indicted in the fraud, 66 had been found guilty,[34] including nearly 60 via plea deals.

This plea means the Wiki needs to be updated

*ETA: this plea has nothing to do with Nick Shirley, mind you.

Why are we not deporting these people? You were allowed to come to this country out of generosity, you did not assimilate, you then took advantage of the situation and robbed the local and national taxpayers to enrich yourself, and then we just o it's ok, you didn't know any better. Continue with your life and don't do that again. Despicable.

People here who foolishly mocked Nick Shirley, like sfp and others, need to man up and admit that they were wrong.

Waiting for SFP to admit he was wrong? Good luck.

I just can't understand how this was allowed to happen all over the country. It's not like it's some sophisticated scheme. It's a bunch of dumbfricks with dumbass company names making millions

They were cutting checks to the politicians who were letting them get away with it.

What am I wrong about, exactly?

This prosecution has nothing to do with Nick Shirley

If I stole $20 million, I would gladly agree to probation and restitution of 4.

GUILTY to over $4M fraud

Claw back every dollar from every payment.

Everyone who took a dollar from that company needs to pay it back, salaries, rent, anything until that $4 Million returns.
