I watched the whole clip to try to decipher exactly what she is saying and I still don't understand. She's saying there was some sort of fraud in the paperwork - something about an uncle and her father listing her grandmother as his mother? But her grandmother (assuming paternal) would be her father's mother, so I'm not sure what her father was lying about exactly.
