No she doesn’t. She said she IS illegal and her parents ARE illegal, present tense. She wanted maximum sympathy and coverage. Now she’s trying to walk it back because there might be consequences for her actions like losing her elected position and prosecution for election and voting fraud. But what she is describing is still immigration fraud if her father lied about a familial connection that did not exist.

Personally, I'm of the opinion that the George Floyd Memorial Hunger Games were allowed to persist as the case is built against their organizing structure/system. It's always the same cast of characters, just different costumes.

I think they think dramatic footage of the Trump Admin's ICE arresting and taking away Democrat politicians will help them. The optics will turn people against Trump's immigration policies. That's why you're seeing her, Newsom and other Dems basically challenging Homan and Trump to arrest them.
It's obvious to me they believe this. And, judging by the lack of arrests occurring yet, I think the Trump admin knows they might be right. But sooner or later, something has got to give. I think Homan and crew are trying to avoid it as long as possible.
