Students for Fair Admissions filed the suit, claiming the prestigious university discriminates against Asian-Americans.
The statement of interest specifically argued that Harvard acknowledges using race as a factor in admissions – as part of affirmative action – but alleged the university “has failed to carry its demanding burden to show that its use of race does not inflict unlawful racial discrimination on Asian Americans.”

For reference, the average Asian act score at Harvard is a 36 while the average African American Harvard act score is a 14

Admission preference is designed to right all of the wrongs that the Asian American population caused by their plantation ownership and passage of Jim Crow laws.

No, I don't actually wonder about either question. They are clearly rhetorical.
Since liberals are not smart, I'll explain - This is done so that blacks still have the full load of "minority only" scholarships, while whitey and the Asians have to battle out for non race-baiting scholarships. Guess what, blacks also get scholarships that are not "minority only" , when deserved based on merit.
More black oppression it seems. All opportunities are available to them, while every other race has limited scholarship options.
PS - factoid of truth - I scored a 176 on the PSAT, while my best friend (black) scored a 152. He received FULL- national merit, while I got semi finalist. It gets better, my friend from childhood, that went to the same gifted schools that I did, that had a far bigger house, etc etc., now has a PHD......
... and his main thesis --- was on racial inequality......this gentleman knows FIRSTHAND that he was rewarded based on his SKIN COLOR --- yet still writes this shite.....
