Civil service protections are via Congressional statute. It's not just some executive policy that can be switched.

Which statute?

It's just I'd be surprised it was very detailed because Congress is a stupid cesspool. I would have expected it to be agency policy which of course would be in the presidents purview

Just do like Melie and fire them.

Can't.

Milei is a PM, so he's head of their legislature.

Here is one

22 U.S. Code § 2664a - Protection of Civil Service employees

That's for the Department of State, but there are more.

Assuming this to be true, then it would require a regulation pursuant to the APA, and then it would have to withstand judicial scrutiny (ironically, Chevron would have helped Trump a great deal there).

*ETA: just an FYI, Trump's first admin was INCREDIBLY terrible at following the APA and it killed many of his executive mandates.

Unless he's prosecuted for the terminations, this isn't relevant

Yet, in another post you said this was a warning for Agenda 2025 to the MAGA/AF voters (whatever that means).

In reality, you’re just another leftist tard on the internet playing like you are some moderate

The truth is that beginning in the Obama years, fedgov. including the military leadership, has been virtually purged of people who might espouse conservative principles.

Do you have any sort of actual data to support this?

Not anecdotes or echo chamber content creators. Actual data/reporting.

Here bitch. A quick google search shows Obama fired almost 200 flag officers.

Trump needs to do the same on day one. Attorney Generals as well. And not only fire, but investigate and prosecute when possible, Conspiracies re election or national security issues are at risk. That General that said that he would "warn" the CCP of any Trump action against them should be arrested the first day, sending a message to any others who might imagine such action.

One of the biggest complaints against Trump's first term is that he didn't hire loyal people.

So no one should complain if he's trying to correct this.

Fascists, Nazis, bolsheviks. The tactics are all the same.

If Project 2025 is successful in populating the ranks of various administrative agencies, the Trump admin is going to have to be very careful to weed out people like the 2 women from this story.

And here you are engaging in those tactics.

Justice is not, however the only weapon to be seized by the Nazis, for they have conquered almost every branch of national life.

As in Soviet Russia and in Fascist Italy, art is to become a tool of the Government. The theatre has been put under the guidance of Nazis (progressives), who are turning it into a propaganda machine for the Nazification of Germany. The cinema is to be a weapon of the Government to make Germany into a Nazi (progressive) paradise.

Literature and painting are to be judged-as in Soviet Russia-on a political criterion, and already one notices a serious decline in the quality of literary criticism, for critics now review a play not according to its intrinsic value, but according to its Hitlerite (progressive) orthodoxy.

As in Soviet Russia and in Fascist Italy, the press is Government controlled and independent newspapers have been muzzled. Still appearing under their old titles, these newspapers are but a ghost of their former selves and scarcely venture to breathe a word of’ criticism. Liberty of expression has also vanished and the careful guarded way in which Germans now talk (don’t want to offend) makes one think of Moscow or of Rome.

The use of the cinema, of the stage, the staging, of vast demonstrations (BLM) to arouse public enthusiasm, the booming of Nazi (progressive) speeches through loud-speakers as one goes through the streets, the thousands of ‘gay’ flags - all these methods are similar to the propaganda methods of the Soviet Union.

No, they're not. I hadn't even heard of it until this post, and I care as much about it as I did before I read it: zero.

You are trying way too hard.
