I get pissed at my company quite a bit but then I remember they held the line on vax and were relatively outspoken about resisting any mandates, and I again feel fortunate.
The owner/president of our small company knew he would lose half of his human capital if he pushed the issue so he was good with delaying any mandates as long as possible. The small but vocal HR department was pushing hard to get everyone vaxxed. The big boss listened to us.

I don't know how great my employer is or isn't, but they flirted with the Idea of forced shots. The company lawyers wanted it, but HR wanted to ask the average workers from production to office to corporate how they felt about it so they did an anonymous, "head count" survey instead of just going for it.
From what I'm told, 98% of production workers said they'd rather be fired than take the shots, 60% of office personnel said they'd rather be fired than take the shots, and 90% of corporate said they would take the shots without hesitation and wanted everyone else to be forced to do it "for the better good".
That was a pretty good insight into the mentality of the company's leadership and those who are pushed up the corporate ladder. But we production workers outnumber them worldwide by 98 to 1. So we kept our jobs and our pure blood.

I was working for a Fortune 100 company at the time, if you submitted a religious exemption letter they had no issue giving you the COVID19 MRNA Juice exemption.
