The lack of updates, including no recent photo, has fueled online questions about his condition from conservatives and Kentucky voices, while Snopes called death rumors unverified; he plans to retire in 2027 after past health issues like a 2023 concussion.

These situations are always conflicting. On one hand his family and loved ones will be devastated. Situations like this are always rough.
On the other hand his actions cannot be forgiven. He had an opportunity to right the ship and he refused to do what he was elected to do. He not only ignored his constituencies, he actively helped the democrats in their agenda.
So, sorry your ( almost ) dead but glad you are ( almost ) gone.

i can see it now. mcconnell will pull a john mccain. he will get off his deathbed, be rolled on to the senate floor in a wheelchair and give the big ole thumbs down sign on the Save Act.
