Haven't heard about this case, but it sucks for Walsh. 20 years of hacked shite will probably be out there now. And it appears some insider at the phone company did it which makes it even worse. That employee is going to:
1) Get fired
2) Spend a few years in prison
3) Lose everything he/she has in a lawsuit after they get out of prison.
4) Never work in any tech related industry again.
They are fricked.
And Ben Shapiro will ensure Walsh is able to hire the best possible attorneys. They will not spare any expense to go after this frick wad. This guy is going to be driving an '85 Civic when they're done with him AND they will probably take that from him too.
EDIT: And I forgot - they will sue the phone company, too. Shapiro will mercilessly go after them and get a tidy settlement.

What you're saying SHOULD be true, but we both know he will become a darling of the leftist propaganda media, probably get a job a CNN or MSNBC, and they'll be trying to give him a Pulitzer or Nobel award.

The owner of the store has produced a copy of the agreement Hunter signed saying the laptop became the store's property if not picked up within 60 days (I think it was). I'm not sure how that can be "fishy" in any way, shape, or form.

She left it in an apartment she was renting... someone tried to return it to her, and she apparently had no interest in retrieving it. So, no, she didn't "give it away," but generally when you move out of some place you're living and voluntarily leave items there, they are either thrown out or become someone else's property.

This goes back to when he was about 16. Dude was more of a shock jock early on too. So the stuff that will be used against him that is different than his current more "I've grown up and matured" days.
Based on what I/we know right now, he needs to keep head strong and just fight thru it. Potential of gaining more fans making him stronger as long as he comes out and says he has repented and matured as he got older, if something not so great comes out. He'll come out way richer, and stronger.
The left may over play this, he won't have to worry about making money for his family after he has destroyed the phone company, and all he has to focus on, in his new found retirement, is destroying the groomers.
People who hate him will keep hating him, and people who don't know him will do so.
I hope the guy who did it gets a reality check in who his true friends after all the cameras leave. If his lawyer lets him even bask in his short "win." I wouldn't be surprised if the phone company files charges against him too, for freaking them over.

Intel agency would not give a shite about Matt Walsh who is a culture warrior overall.
You'd be surprised at how passionate some individuals get about some of these things and how a "crusader" will go to obnoxious ends. However, his cell carrier could be liable. There are some very good doxxers out there who can find out everything about you.

It's not that simple, and as someone who loves to dive deep into topics, you should know that. People can have " moral foundations," and completely ignore them or illogically move around rules/hierarchies/etc.
Whether or not that removes them from "the group they identify as," is somewhat irrelevant - but that at least means there can be a significant amount of dissonance in their world view.
