I suspect these are the exact charges the democrats will bring about if they get to the majority. Massie's days are numbered in congress but he started the whole process. And these charges will be the same used against Trump. I'm sure Massie and the dems worked together on this.

He just hands it off to the democrats if they get the majority. They may change a few words and add a charge or two. Of course, Hegseth and the entire military are following orders.
Dems will claim we are a country in crisis.

I agree with Massie on Epstein Files and the War Powers Act, so, I guess that qualifies me as a Bro.
Maybe worth the discussion of the limits of the President's unilateral power to make war. Has no chance of ultimately removing Hegseth. Also, it is a stretch to say that Hegseth has committed a "High Crime or Misdemeanor" subject to impeachment.
I rate it "grandstandish"...not full grandstanding, because I think Congress should protect its Article I power. Of course, almost ALL Presidents have abused that.
