Like almost all wars, it's a war over banking.
Iran is not part of the western banking cartel. They won't bend the knee to the petro dollar. Anytime a country refuses to be part of that, they get attacked.
We force the global rules of trade and they are a threat to that order, aka globalism. If the petro dollar dies, that goes with it.
They also resist around the middle east as well.
That's why we want regime change and everything else.
Because Iran is certainly not an actual threat to the America or it's citizens.

The fact you blame Massie instead of Mike Johnson highlights you don't actually care about conservative issues.
You are a leftist who just wants more government spending, more government control.
Just like the left, when it comes to the question of "Is this a proper job for government", the answer is always YES. The only thing you and leftists disagree on is who gets the benefit from the corruption that follow.
A real conservative says NO, it's not a proper function of government. We should not be spenign money on this, we should not be adding more government.
And that is why conservatives get attacked by both the left and right. Because the last thing either of you want is for the government to lose control over something.
