The problem with your logic is that they actually found hillary committed multiple felonies so... there is that

They used to call this company perks.

also they are saying it was an entire system of tax fraud, not just the CFO

Weird that there is so much sympathy for some guy nobody has ever heard of who is just a multi-millionaire who has spent the last decade committing tax fraud. And your concern for this tax cheat is in no way related to him being in Trump's orbit. No Siree. Pure coincidence...
Christ y’all are idiots.

I think this all a big dog and pony show by a politically motivated DA but just because the word "avoid" appeared in the sentence doesn't mean this constitutes avoidance and not evasion.

The point is that things like this are gratuitous and selective. The NBA refs should never had been charged just given a fine. As to the underreported income aspect I 'm not sure in this case it rises anywhere to the level of evasion since the money in question went into a Keough plan
There's other b.s. as well like receiving big screen TV that normally most tax authorities in reality could give 2 shits about.
They are aiming to flip Weisselberg, but charges like this with no jail time in reality is pretty weak stuff. This is governmental overreach and Vance and James know this. If Wall Streeters and others could get away with much worse and only receive a revised tax bill surely Wesselberg should be afforded the same.

You're the one who is butthurt that a rich tax cheat who doesn't give a shite about you might go to jail. What the frick is wrong with you?

the thought that trump employees shouldn’t be audited and if so they should be exempt from their tax issues… because… well, just because?
It's strictly political. But okay, let's do a 3 year investigation on hunter and Joe's dealings. And hey, if they forget to report one gift basket, or even payments for private school, then they should be charged rt?

I mean this week I celebrated a piece of shite rapist being set free because it was the right thing to do for the entire system.
Why would I care if a person being railroaded by an ever-growing authoritarian state is "rich" or "doesn't give a shite about me"? I care about the railroading.

"Weisselberg intentionally caused the indirect compensation payments to be omitted from his personal tax returns, despite knowing that those payments represented taxable income and were treated as compensation by the Trump Corporation in internal records," said the indictment.
Wait....how did they charge the organization with anything if this is true?

FWIW I don't take your need to insult me just because disagree with you personally. I understand that arresting this specific tax cheat is an affront to the Leader and thus it would be expected that you would be very, very emotional about it. Just finish your crying fit and I promise you'll feel better.

Nah, fringe benefits are legal.
And this is 100% an attack for political gain. Terrorism if you will.
I don't really care about the dude, but the IRS has been reviewing his taxes for 15 years and came up with nothing.
Again, this is an attack on Trump and still can't find anything he or his org did wrong.

Two things:
1. Why should he care about me?
2. If he goes to jail, it will be an extreme abuse of power.

It's crazy how much you are trying to hype up these charges meanwhile you said Hunter Biden and the whole 10% for the big guy was no big deal

Nobody is “insulting” you. You are simply missing the boat on what anyone is saying (nobody cares about this guy personally and everyone - including you - knows why he’s being targeted) as a desire to justify such ridiculous overreach.

Imagine going after a President for two years and coming away with unreported income violations against a CFO.
And his lawyer is right - people generally don’t go to jail over indirect compensation payments. They are trying to leverage Weisselberg into ratting Trump out on something, anything.
