Did you read where the witness said they never saw him pull a gun or kick them??
How did he hold 2 people who surely wanted to flee?
Why is he holding the passengers?

No, in MOST of America, you are not supposed to threaten deadly force (handgun) in response to a property crime, because we live in a civilized society and not the damned Wild West.
Is this a property crime because you liberals consider minorities and illegal aliens your property in-line with historical positions?

Zebulon is in Wake County, which means this guy is fricked. The only thing the progressive loons in the Triangle are upset about in this situation is that the white guy didn't get killed.

Thanks for doing your Aggie relentless a-nal on a topic. It's not somebody stealing some copper wiring or a bicycle. It's a 'property crime' that could kill you or leave you with major injury.

Herber is accused by the police of threatening the passengers of the offending vehicle with a gun and kicking them in the heads However, eyewitnesses such as an owner of the restaurant Herber was pulling out of said she didn't observe a gun or "ethnic intimidation," only Herber putting his hand on the shoulder of the Hispanics and telling them to get on the ground and not leave, as they were trying to do
Sounds not guilty to me

I guess you missed the part where a witness said he did not threaten them with a gun

and the intention to terrorize others with a gun.
What the frick is this shite how can you prove intent if he did not actually pull a gun on them

I cited you to the North Carolina statute. Please outline how the use of deadly force was justified within the terms of that statute. TIA

Why did you change Hank to RA?
That’s a fabrication, Hank.
Have the admins done an alter check yet?

Seems like ramming another person’s vehicle, causing serious injury, then fleeing the scene is the very definition of “Wild West”.

Okay by Hank…as long as the culprits are illegals.

I'm sure the stats prove that it's working wonderfully, but has criminalizing 'hate' helped society one damn bit?
No more than if they tired to criminalize feeling hungry.

Hank is an expert on these matters. He is well versed on all local laws and statutes. We are lucky to have millions of lawyers destroying the nation on a daily basis and driving up insurance rates to nearly unaffordable levels for many Americans not to mention the endless red tape in the medical field. They are truly a blessing for us all! I especially enjoy driving down the interstate and seeing a law firm advertisement billboard every 50 feet for car accident damages!!

It does not make them any less “witnesses.“

Civilized societies enforce their laws. Open borders, sanctuary cities, etc undercut your argument.

Austin Herber, the driver of the white truck that was hit, is facing several charges including assault, kidnapping, ethnic intimidation, and the intention to terrorize others with a gun.
Damn, if only he were black and assaulting random women he wouldn't have been charged.

FTR, I agree that the “hate crime” enhancement is complete BS.
While thing is a joke, your response included.
