Step 3. Repeat x infinity
That's been the media MO since long before Trump, became popular back in the 60's (at least). Statistically speaking, every policy that's implemented across a large population will result in deaths. Every single one. The corrupted news media know this and they selectively find and report the deaths that suit their corrupted agenda.

They were demanding justice for an illegal who likely didn't comply with ICE instructions to surrender to the authorities.
I wonder if these same SEIU social justice warriors ran to the Gaslight Media to demand justice for the untold number of US citizens who have been victims of crimes by illegal immigrants, up to and including being murdered?

Intent is not even part of the equation. If a crazy person tries to kill you with some kind of evil eye look. The intent is to kill you. But you aren't in danger and are not allowed to shoot the crazy delusion guy.
If an 80 year old is barreling down a narrow ally because she is lost you have the right to use deadly force to protect yourself or the 3 year old child playing in the alley.
It is not relevant if they were trying to kill or injure the officer. It is only relevant that they could be deemed a threat to a reasonable person.
