Sounds like a bunch of ignorant racists looking for heads to roll in spite of the facts and truth.

I'm not sure how they could possibly prove this if they found it was reasonable for them to be firing into Breonna Taylor's apartment.

Remember, a grand jury came to these conclusions...not the DA's office. The people decided even though the DA's office does have some influence over the proceedings. Decent outcome.

No way he's convicted, right? Otherwise no officer will ever be able to fire their service weapon anywhere but the middle of the woods without facing similar charges, regardless of circumstances.

This is extremely dangerous precedent if convicted, it'll open up the floodgates

Is that for the guy that emptied ten rounds into the apartment?

yes

the charge is for the bullets that struck walls that lead to other apartments

so in essence... firing into the apartment was legal... but doing so while not looking and properly aiming is illegal

Per the "Pastor" local TV is interviewing, it's only justice if the mob gets what they want.

The BLM crowd isn’t smart enough to understand the charges. It’ll take a little time for their Dim masters to tell them what to think...and to riot.

The looting to come is just a bonus....fun times while getting reparations!

Ok

Breonna Taylor...

was a criminal and her boyfriend caused her death.

I said her name. What now?

they're making it sound like that officer couldn't see anything, like not even really where the other shots were coming from... his field of view was completely obscured

that's why none of the other officers caught similar wanton endangerment charges
