Don’t understand why the AG refused to answer any questions on the facts of the case

this is such a simple case. while tragic, its an easy case to understand for a layman.
the protestors should focus their efforts else, but they dont care about facts
I was kind of intrigued by the question of why was Taylor hit 6 times while Walker only struck once(or not at all?). I bet this SOB used her as a shield or left her out there to take the bullets while he hid.

There is certainly police negligence and incompetence involved. It just isn't murder or manslaughter.
I thought it was interesting that the AG distanced the whole investigation from the application for the warrant. I’m guessing there’s going to be some issues there.

A) he laid out a good portion of the evidence when he gave the timeline to start the presser
B) there's still a trial upcoming (remember... 3 counts of wanton endangerment) and he can't taint the jury pool (well... taint it anymore than it already has)

not to mention anything that has to do with Walker is an onging case/investigation.
He's got to tread lightly as to not muddy those waters either. which is probably why he wouldnt explain why walker didnt take the brunt of the bullets

yeah... he pointed out specifically that the 3 officers here had nothing to do with the actual investigation... they were just used to help serve the warrant
the points on how the warrant was obtained is a completely different matter altogether

AG's are elected officials.
It's strat for reelection time.

at some point a no-knock warrant had been approved
the LEs knocked and waiting for a response.
I think the AG said someone advised to knock anyway.
Cool, thanks!
Important to note that whatever the warrant said, the officers knocked and announced themselves, and that info has been available to everyone reporting on the incident.
In transcripts of audio of Breonna's ex and drug dealing parter after the shooting, he says that Kenneth Williams, the guy who shot at the cops first from Breonna's apartment, actually shot at them THROUGH the door.

Lol. He wasn’t there.
